1.Renewal of licenses from the government authorities at least one month before the completion date and renewal of contracts and then return it to the responsible person who in turn handed over to the employees. 2.To renew the commercial registration of the company on time scheduled and the renewal of the Chamber of Commerce annual membership subscription on time. 3.Ratification of the company letters and contracts from the Chamber of Commerce and the State Department or other agencies as requested by the concerned departments. 4.Carry out any work or other tasks to monitor and review government agencies as per Company’s requirements. 5.To execute all requests for administrative affairs in all government agencies. 6.Help Director of Administration in the follow-up of daily routine tasks and any other goals accomplished addressed to it by Director of Administration in charge of administrative affairs in respect of the services required from government agencies. 7.Follow-up to the daily work routine performance of the government relations department professionally and timely required for each job. 8.Create and develop excellent business relationships with governmental agencies, such as labor, passports and traffic authority that the company needs for its services from time to time. 9. Provide new information from time to time about the changes that occur or arise in those systems, which related to business. 10. Any other business.
Qualifications Bachelor Graduate Preferred in Business administration.
