• Exploring new opportunities to grow the retail chain in Egypt and Initiating changes to improve the business • Responsible for the day-to-day running of stores or departments achieve the sales target to maximise profits while minimising costs. • Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control • Analysing and interpreting the data and sales figure to facilitate planning • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency • Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing training program • Dealing with the mall administration for all the logistics and resolve safety, legal and security issues. • Ensures promotions are run accurately and to the companys standards. They make sure that staff are all working towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care standards are met at all times. • Ensures standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. • Responding to customer complaints and comments. • Organising special promotions, displays and events. • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and Monitoring what local competitors are doing
Qualifications • Effective leadership and the ability to motivate others. • Customer focus. • The capacity to grasp new concepts quickly. • Shrewd business sense and a well-developed commercial awareness. • A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas. • High communication skills • Influential personality • Solid English and computer skills
