Bachelor’s Degree in the field of agricultural pesticides preferably those with specialization in Marketing. Has previous experience in the development of marketing plans and strategies for brands. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management Ability to work under pressure.
