•Compiles and processes all warranty claims. -Assists in work order opening and closing and prepares billing report and billing summary related to the warranty work orders. -Posts all labor and parts requisitions for work orders. -Follows up all external purchase of materials or parts and posts related to the work orders. •Apply claim analysis to identify trends of repetitive failures, follows up with supplier concerning design and reliability of the product and investigates failed parts so as to prepare technical reports to the supplier. •Initiates roll-out of campaigns and follows up on the progress taken. •Supervising Warranty Warehouse •Provides updates for various suppliers’ online systems and work on implementing to interested parties. •Provides and actively builds processes to be one of the key communication links between the service department and the supplier. •Develops and maintains effective quality feedback processes to support supplier so as to ensure improvement in product quality. •field campaigns are completed by their “designated due dates” •Warranty recovery for all warranty work order cost (Labor, Parts, Material…etc) •Degree of satisfaction as expressed by internal and external customers •Utilization of suppliers’ offered systems and procedures
Qualifications •B.S. Degree of Engineering Automotive or Mechanical power. •Knowledge of Construction Equipment. •Hard Worker. •The ability to work under pressure •Problem Solving Capabilities. •Communication Skills. •Planning and organizing and time management skills. •Knowledge of using MS Office (Word – Excel – Outlook)
