• Designing and implementing manufacturing process, commissioning equipment, and installing the new plants. • Scaling Up from lab scale to Production scale to achieve the production demand of the organization. • Identifying and developing the needed process and equipment to produce special products, parts, and components. • Evaluating and improving the current process or new possible process in manufacturing systems to optimize all stages of production process. • Maintaining reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiency, yields, costs and changeovers. • Developing innovative solutions to overcome the new challenges in the production process. • Improving process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. • Providing technical suggestions during incident investigations. • Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process. • Managing workers and technicians • Manage the recruitment process to ensure skilled and qualified staff are recruited to the highest standard and appropriately placed within the organization.
Qualifications • Academic Degree or equivalent in Chemical engineering, • Min 5 Years of work experience in ElectroPlating Industries.

Other Skills • Ability to deal with computer software (MS office) • Must be proactive & solutions driven in a rapidly changing environment. • Ability to build networks, • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Must have experience in electroplating process
