• Chief accountant handles his team in resolving conflicts, delegating and organizing tasks, as well as motivating and leading teams .He is also monitoring and reviewing the financial results and cash flows of the companies, and revising any discrepancies of reports. • Ensures the Securing financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential .Review the monthly Payroll Results, Bank Files & Reports for each client before submission to ensure the quality and accuracy of the deliverables • Maintains and examines accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with local financial legal requirements • Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met. • Reviews financial management reports • Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. • Resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities • Develops and maintain financial data bases • Coaching FAO team and guide them in order to improve their skills and achieve the required goals, and provides day to day support to them. • Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed. • Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries • Respond to accounting inquiries from clients in a timely manner. • Monitor and record financial transactions according to companies’ policies and regulations. • Performs any other duties or any tasks assigned to him by management.
Qualifications • Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting. English section. • Must have excellent MS Excel skills.
