1- Develop plans , fee sales and external marketing policy in collaboration with senior management 2- Identify the marketing research and studies of the potential market share for the company and competitors, and competitors 3- follow the situation, their strategy and the new product in the market 4- Identify pricing promotional planning policy 5- Developing marketing plans, publicity and advertising, annual exhibitions in collaboration with senior management. 6- Permanent search for new markets and open up new customers. 7- Constant communication with customers to identify their needs, and build strong relationships with them to reach their full satisfaction. 8- Follow-up after-sales to identify the customer complaints to answer them service, with the lifting of periodic reports on these complaints to senior management. 9- Follow all laws and regulations for export, both within Egypt or imported to the country. 10- Coordinate with clients and intermediaries from shipping companies and customs clearance and banks to ensure the arrival of shipments to customers in the agreed deadlines, and ensure compliance with the terms of the contract payment 11- To submit periodic reports on the export and profitability of customers and future sales target. 12- Create and prepare a deputy to replace him in case of any
