- Support Line Managers in a proactive way in the Annual Manpower Planning researches, Budget preparation & retention initiatives. - Follow up the Performance Management process to ensure Effectiveness, Compliance & Communication within the Organization - Maintain & update organization charts & headcount according to the transfer, exit, promotion & new hiring transaction then reporting to all concerned departments. - Established Skills Inventory system that serves Career & Succession Planning. - Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals. - Handling HR activities at 6th of October factory to ensure proper implementation of the companys core values, providing guidance to make this a part of daily life. - Participated in the preparation & implementation of the ISO Certificate requirements. - Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes. - Develop methods for data analysis methodologies, and management reporting. - Implement effective strategic planning methods. - Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets. - Implement organizational effectiveness interventions. - Assist in creating competency models. - Develop team-building exercises and workshops. - Assist employees create project timelines and deadlines. - Communicate with management team to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. - Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. - Recommend training and development systems & Road maps.
Qualifications - B.Sc. Business Admin. - HR Diploma is a Must
