-Assist in planning and organizing training courses in the specified topics of expertise -Assist in developing material for new coursework -Deliver training courses in line with Academy standards and course objectives -Evaluate the trainees and students according to Academy standards and course objectives -Prepare regular course evaluations and reports to administration -Assist in administrative responsibilities of the department -Assist in developing new programs and in upgrading current ones -Work on upgrading skills and knowledge base of self and department
Qualifications -Bachelor Degree in the related Engineering field from a reputable accredited university or higher institute - 3-5 years proven experience in a related position or training subject -Knowledge and/or experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred -Working experience as teacher/ instructor at training institutions is preferred -Excellent English skills
