• Supervise, Monitor & Investigate Inventories Transactions & Documentations Work-Flow processes. • Monitor the PR (Purchase Requests) needed & compare with Stock Balances before Purchasing. • Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available stocking. • Aware about Stock Limitations, Procurements & Inventory Cycle & Documentation Cycle • Review and matching the serial numbers of the receiving and issue vouchers manually with the computer program. • Review the stores’ balances and items’ card. •Supervise the Physical Inventory count to ensure highest level of work efficiency, and control operational costs
Qualifications •Bsc of Commerce or Business Administration, Accounting section •2 – 4 Years of experience. •Very good knowledge of MS office. • Analytical thinking & problem solving. •Organized and details oriented. •Strong Communication & leadership skills
