Manage out IT products, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. o Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal communication, to optimize quality of service, business growth, customer and satisfaction. o Use customer and prospect contact activities tools, systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. o Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods. o Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. o Communicate; negotiate internally, externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. o Attend and present at external customer meetings, internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development. o Attend training, to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. o Adhere to health and safety policy, other requirements relating to care of equipment.
Qualifications B.Sc/License degree from a reputable university/ Institute or equivalent. o Experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar or related Field (IT Sales). o Very Good Command of English language (speaking, writing, and reading). o Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, problem solving & negotiation skills.
