- Reviewing update sales demand forecast new version on monthly basis with previous versions to high light the difference more or less. - Preparing monthly production plan for 6 months and feeding the MRP system with it based on materials lead time, then to be up-dated on monthly bases based on the up-date sales demand forecast in order to get requisitions. - Placing imported and local request for the materials based on the monthly up dated production plan and sales demand forecast taking into consideration materials lead time. - Arrange production plan by considering fully utilize for machines capacity in order to minimize the conversion cost. - Issuing weekly production plan on weekly basis after review with the production team and up-date on weekly basis based on sales achieved and production achieved. - Building finished goods stocks to get the annual local and export sales with several Millions LE. - Issuing weekly report confirming the products availability (Based on the actual production and sales achievement). - Control Working Capital level, by managing the finished goods, raw & packaging material stocks, and minimize the stock to the minimum level, consider the Company policy of buffer stock. - Issuing MTG weekly report and discuss in weekly meeting with production team the current week production plan over and above next 4 weeks. - Follow up the Local & Imported material deliveries with Purchasing to be sue deliveries on time to meet production plan and sales request on time. - Follow up acceptance Quality Control section for the arrived materials. - Follow up production achievement to secure sales. - Follow up the 3rd party production achievement.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree In Science. Familiar with ERP Oracle System is prefer. Good using office program.
