- Studying the city for evaluating its divisions in order to determine the price/rental value of the properties. - Do farming and get properties with signed marketing contracts. - Visiting properties to assess them and get photos before uploading to websites and showing to clients. - Holding two daily meetings with the company’s team to discuss the day’s plan and accomplishments. - Signing cooperation contracts with individuals, brokers and real estate companies. - Handling data entry for new properties (soft and hard copies). - Handling online requests from head office and office manager. - Handling showing/tour visits with the clients. - Following up with the owners for availability or any updates
Qualifications * Not less than 2 years of experience in Real Estate field. * Car is a must
