A. Housekeeping Activities Planning: Determine and maintain the department work schedule and notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event Manage the daily activities of section to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, corridors, public areas and company assets. Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping and waste supplies and inventory. Conduct pre-event inspections of all offices, buildings and public areas. Maintain the HK/ Clean and Waste section’s budget, providing reports of all expenses for all pre and post events. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct in Community premises in conformance with company regulations. B. Waste Management: Supervise the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating air, land or water sources. Contribute to the development, promotion and implementation of new waste disposal schemes to meet waste reduction and recycling targets. Ensure compliance with local legislation and company regulations in the transportation, handling and disposal of waste. C. Team Development: Contribute to team planning and development including recruiting, training and developing staff capabilities to ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and capabilities to achieve the section’s objectives.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent. Minimum Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar field High Interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment Leadership skills
