• Creates and implements supply chain analytic, planning, and resilience at all stages of the product life-cycle. • Performs risk-based review of the supply chain. Implements strategies and plans for monitoring and improving the performance of manufacturing partners. • Delivers a response plan for disruptive challenges such as accidents, natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation disruption, and IT failures. • Ensures that the plan and capabilities of each supplier are adapted, validated, and in place to minimize the risk of disruption and deliver an effective response to threats and hazards. • Ensures suitable quality, optimal economics, and adequate supply chain security. • Supports department head in resource planning and financial reporting. • Collaborates with line management on strategic planning for the Company. • Maintains documentation and publishes metrics to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities. • Enhances a risk-intelligent enterprise culture at the Company by implementing risk-mitigation planning for supply chain management for drug manufacturing. • Leads the design and implementation of training and awareness programs on business continuity, disaster preparedness, and related concepts.
