• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers, prepare and analyze budgets, and perform general bookkeeping. • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. • Responsible for billing activities, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. • Dealing with Microsoft Dynamic ERP system. • Work with management to understand trends in the business and potential impact/interpret results. • Any Accounting & Finance-related tasks requested from you by your manager.
