1. Install and configure computer systems. 2. Diagnose hardware\software faults and solve technical problems. 3. Answers customer’s inquiries & fulfills their technical requirements regarding offered services in a timely manner. 4. Coordinates activities with network services, or other information systems groups. 5. Organize and Maintain the Datacenter inventory and assets 6. Regulate and control the Datacenter access either for persons or equipment according to the operation Department procedures 7. Receive and deliver the customer equipment. 8. Escalate major problems or requests to other operations groups. 9. Follow up the pending requests and incidents with the other operations groups 10. Coordinating hardware repairs with the vendors
Qualifications Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field (preferred Cairo\Ain Shams university and ITI graduate). Maximum two year working experience. At least Two of the below certificates is a must: • ICDL • LPIC • RHCT • MCSE\MCSA • CCNA • CEH • CompTIA A+ • CompTIA Server+ • CompTIA Network+ -Experienced with network configuration. Very good communication skills. Customer oriented. Works in shifts.
