Acquisition of funds for activities. Guarantee internal and external communication of activities for women’s empowerment. Develop further activities in the educational institutions. Develop and coordinate of joined activities of the Companies. Participate in companies’ social meetings and support the HR departments with recruitment, retention as well as capacity building for promising females. Develop a strategy to reach women in the surrounding villages near by the company.
