1.One to One Meetings with agents: •Discussion of (the ongoing deals -agent performance -status of new leads - any problems the agent might be facing and finding solutions ) 2.Sales Meeting: •Distributing tasks. •announcing new policies, rules, achievements, etc. • Motivating and encouraging the sales team to achieve target 3.Managers Meeting: a. Attending the meeting with the Sales Director, Operations Manager and Commercial Relationship Manager and discussing: i.Weekly and monthly achievements &targets ii .Common problems iii.Discussing new policies placed by the Sales director iv. Making suggestions of new ideas to improve the business • Revising and signing on all paper work issued by the company, including prospect forms, listings, TCRs, etc. 4.. Working as an agent: • Cold Calls • Dealing with developers • Regular agent tasks (: cold calls – dealing with developers): 5. Revision of DIS explain • Monitoring net profit in order to make cost adjustments 6. Setting monthly targets: • Setting agent Monthly targets 7. Recruiting new agents: 8. Marketing budget and plan: 9. Updating and upgrading of the company`s mailing list. 10. Appraisal • Evaluating agents’ performance on a formal basis with regards to revenue, transaction, and discipline. 11• Evaluating real estate coordinator’s performance on Annual tasks: 1. Setting budget for the New Year and setting required targets accordingly including number of agents. 2.Reviewing team leaders’ plan with regards to the targets they set and how to achieve them
