1.Prepare the monthly & quarterly Group reports (P&L, sales analysis, offbalance sheet report, Aging of Receivables, DSO, Credit committee...) which is required from the top management and the Head Office in France. 2.Monthly forecast of gross margin and variance analysis. 3.Assist the sales team in pricing, rebates management, profitability analysis. 4.Monthly commercial cost control KPI’s. 5.Purchase order releases to ensure budget alignment and Margin achievement. 6.Review and update all the cost centers, chart of accounts and GL mapping to ensure alignment with group policies . 7.Participate in the data collection & analysis of the manufacturing cost. 8.Maintain the Fixed Asset register & depreciation run. 9.Full support for internal and external auditors (finance and TAX) to provide local reports needed. 10.Applying CO Closing on SAP to get the P&L automatically from SAP. 11.Analyze the variances between the standard and Actual cost. 12.CAPEX follow up.
Qualifications 1.B.SC of Business Administration, Commerce, Financial management or Accounting , 6 - 9 years of experience. 2.Costing and analysis background. 3.Manufacturing experience is an advantage. 4.Excellent Computer literature, ERP SAP OR ORACLE. 5.Strong Analytical and Project Management skills. 6.Excellent Communication and Presentation skills. 7.Strong Team working and Networking skills.
