Description Review invoices and cheques requests Sort and match invoices and cheques requests Set invoices up for payment Process cheques requests Prepare and process accounts payable cheques, wire transfers and ACH payments Reconciliation of payments Prepare analysis of accounts Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Resolve invoice discrepancies Vendor file maintenance Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Produce monthly reports Assist in month end closing
Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Payable & ERP experience Must be well organized and a self-starter Must be able to follow standard filing procedures Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
