Description Participates in and updates Site Surveys as required to implement designed solutions (HLD, LLD)
Communicate with distributor and vendors for pricing matter
Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems.
Provides expertise for resolving technical problems.
Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Provides end-user training on the company Passive works portfolio.
Performs various tests and documents results.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering or any equivalent discipline Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated, with strong written and verbal English communication skills Well organized and detailed oriented. Flexibility to work overtime to meet departmental goals. Able to succeed in a dynamic team environment. CCNA certification is a must. CCNP certification is preferred. CCDP certification is preferred.
