• Handling HR activities including recruitment, preparing confidential HR documents, assist in the Payroll, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Attendance monitoring, Employee personal file maintenance, Employee relations, implement and deliver training plans and other HR activities.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Supporting team related activities.
• Motivating and evaluating team members and set clear expectations to achieve company's goals.
