HR Generalist For Gourmet Egypt

Gourmet Egypt one of the sub companies of Gourmet Investment Group is now hiring HR Generalist
Title: HR Generalist
Duties :
- Support in the Recruitment process and training and development coordination
- In charge of attendance management 
- In charge of employees’ social and medical insurance
- Maintain electronically the employee records for instance: new hires, resignations and internal transfers
- Track the employee’s vacation and sick leaves and recording them
- Manage admin tasks like invitation letters for outboard teams
- Manage all office related supplies
- Manage office boys and security teams’ Performance
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English
- HR background is a must ( Major, Course or diploma)
- 1-3 years of experience in the HR field
- Excellent user for Microsoft ( Word, Excel and Power point)
- Communication and presentation skills
- Multi tasker with focusing to details
