Description 1. Researching new sales leads and communicating with potential clients for
prequalification.
2. Maintaining a pre-qualification database categorized by the A,B,C,D clientele
system in coordination with the Sales Manager.
3. Achieving set targets by acquiring new clients, attending fairs, sending emails�etc.
4. Handling all walk-in clients while in the showroom.
5. Handling after sales services including but not limited to customer follow-up.
6. Ensuring the response rate for customer complaints falls within a 24 hour limit, and
communicating them promptly to the Sales Manager.
7. Submitting timely reports and data requested by Sales Manager.
8. Handling timely money collection.
9. Updating data in the customer database.
10. Managing the North Coast show-room including sales, money collection, order processing, and managing space.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and takes initiative. Customer service oriented. Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Proficient in excel.
