HR Senior Specialist - 000000205200 Provides VIS/Egypt the best implementation oflabor law, social insurance, and  headcount outsourcing management with qualityand satisfaction of internal and external customers. Supports in building the VIS outsourcing budget. Manages VIS/Egypt outsourcing activities budgeting, Hiring administration, Leaves,  Payroll, and Discipline Management. Manages the outsourcing reward annualreview cycle. Manages grievances and disciplinary actions complying with company code of conduct, policies, and regulations for VIS. Analyses the violations trends and come up with root cause analysis and recommended resolutions. Key performance indicators: Meeting VF Outsourcing Operations Manual. Code of Conduct Labor Law compliance. Outsourcing cost adherence.
