Description 1. Implement of our ERP software (Dynamics AX 2012 R3) at users machines and training them if needed. 2. Consult users and support them to resolve their problems. 3. Maintenance SQL, take backup from database and restore it if needed and create frequent maintenance plain and BI. 4. Responsible for monitoring all ERP project related activities performance. 5. supporting users throw daily process on system and after the standard working hours when needed 6. Design and creation of project plans including deadlines, milestones, �etc 7. Create and modify reports and forms "using management reporter , SSRS, analysis cubes� 8. Customize the Dynamics AX 2012 forms according to the business requirements using the AOT and X++ programming language. 9. Maintenance and support and Developing of projects (Sales Buzz - Fleet Management- Dynamics GP - HR Software-Attendance Management ) 10. Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations. 11. Working to achieve the standards set by the management and other stakeholders 12. Assign priorities to tasks according to their sequence of importance 13. Maintain and enhance the companys image by acting professionally all the time 14. Identify and recognize existing opportunities and problems; and exploiting these opportunities 15. Assist in establishing and implementing any future needed software like GPS Tracking, etc... 16. Develop In-house applications according to the business requirements using development such as C#, VB.NET, HTML, etc� is a plus 17. Create Test Environments to test solutions, Developments, customizations, software Upgrade and New project. 18. Report Quarterly Brian Storming and Creative Ideas to the project manager for how to enhance current projects and provide suggested new projects.
Qualifications 1. Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Faculty of Commerce 2. Minimum 4 years experience in ERP application and in MFG environment is a plus 3. At least 1 year as a senior or project Manager. 4. 1-2 years of experience in the field of IT 5. MS SQL. 6. Certification is a plus 7. Personal skills such as, hard and motivated worker, excellent communication and negotiations Skills, excellent self-management skills, Self Confidence, Presentation Skills and Maintaining and improving client relationships - Self Creation and innovation.
