Description -Ensure the smooth electrical functioning of all units and equipment in the facility.-Compile operational and personnel record, such as time record ,inventory data, maintenance statistics and test result.-Perform planned electrical maintenance as per departments schedule coordinating service and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition. -Carry out daily electrical checks of all running equipment and monitor the performance to take corrective actions that prevent the electrical breakdowns.-Oversee the process of testing the electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring equipment to ensure compatibility and safety of system.-Attend trouble shooting and repairs to make sure the operations are done in proper working order.-Allocate works to the subordinates and monitoring their performance ensuring that work standards and timescales are met.-Apply max utilization efficiency for utility equipment to achieve max energy saving with optimum operating condition.-Transfer know how of the state of art technology to the subordinates-Ensures that all safety regulations are respected.-Compile all utilities record and activities related to energy and utility such as (water, gas , fuel and electricity).-Applying calibration program for the plant equipments.-Installation of the new equipment and extensions to the plants.
Qualifications -Electronic Systems, Electronics Troubleshooting, Electronic Testing Design, Project Management, Quality Focus, Database Design, Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results. -At least three years of work experience in continuous manufacturing processes. -Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. -Good skills in: Root cause failure analysis, report writing and analysis, planning (MS Project), AutoCAD, Excel
