Description Retail store supervisor is responsible for the daily running of stores. Since retail stores sell goods and services to customers, supervisors in most stores include who oversee the work of other sales associates and managers.
Responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Primary responsibilities. Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor. Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Determine daily coupons.
Supervises and monitors the activities of all retail stores to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved with consideration to the quality of sales.
Regularly updates and provides analytical reports that could help management make informed business decision.
Suggests ways and means to improve sales performance of the area sales team that will best serve the business.
Ensures that team shall keep complete and accurate information of every contract and customer to retrieve data when requested.
Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and environment.
Attend events to attract new customers to increase the customers base.
