Description - Responsible for establishing and insuring adherence to procedures and controls that will enable the timely and accurate recording of all receipts, distributions, adjustments, returns, transfers, internal usage, and processing of inventory on a monthly and annual basis to meet requirements related to our inventory quantities.
 - Book/financial and operational inventory volumetric accounting, controls, analysis and reporting.
 - Follow up with the inventory team, providing needed guidance and support as it relates to financial accounting and reporting of inventory.
 - Accountable for having process and procedures in place to reconcile financially the inventory at month end, and yearend physical count.
 - Monitoring Open orders at the end of each month to insure they are properly posted in the correct accounting period. Data management of open orders to insure expired orders are removed from the system.
 - Perform month-end close activities related to cost accounting.
 - Prepare various financial analysis related to costs, inventory and expense for various products as needed for decision making support
 - Analyze actual costs per product and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual costs.
 - Prepare estimates of new product costs.
 - Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures including system requirements and internal controls related to costing and inventory control.

Qualifications - Bachelors in Commerce, Accounting or Finance related degree. - 3-5 years work experience in costing and inventory control

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Advanced Level of all MS Office Applications. - Previous experience in using ERP systems is preferred.
