Description 1. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
 2. Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
 3. Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
 4. Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
 5. Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
 6. Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
 7. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
 8. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed Purchase orders from external vendors etc.
 9. Prepare accurate reports for upper management
 10. Manage drop shipment orders processing for our customer purchased products.
 11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree in logistics is preferable 2. Experience in customer service will be appreciated 3. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes 4. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Excellent knowledge of both English language and mother tongue is essential (orally and writing). 7. Excellent understanding and skills with the Microsoft Office programs 8. Efficiency and accuracy are essentials.
