Description - Update SFSD social media channels (Face book, Twitter, etc.) on daily basis with relevant material, highlighting key events and achievements.
 - Generate posts that can identify and create conversations around issues related to SFSD mandate and engage followers in a dynamic, interactive and meaningful way in order to humanizing SFSDS voice.
 - Monitor latest trends in social media and identify relevant and influential blogs/social media sites and connect them when appropriate on behalf of SFSD.
 - Produce timely, accurate reports on social media outcomes to the senior management when requested.
 - Proof-reading transcripts of audio and video content, and adding these to SFSD videos on website and YouTube channel.
 - Assist with the preparation and production of communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, publications & other collateral material as needed.
 - Manage photo work (selection, ordering, archiving and basic editing for use) and manage photo library
 - Manage SFSD in- house and simple designs to produce visuals and info graphics for use in publications and online material.
 - Develop contracts with PR companies, designers, printers, and other external suppliers, and manage related financial work.
 - Assist in producing emails for our digital marketing campaigns and maintaining the contact database to ensure that it actively and effectively targets key stakeholder

Qualifications - Academic degree in communications, arts or related field. - Minimum 2 years of related work experience in communications. - Experience in writing reports, newsletters and success stories. - Experience in managing and updating websites and social media pages. - Excellent Verbal and written skills in English and Arabic. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, editing websites, social media and photo/video editing apps. - Well organized, self-starter and able to work independently in an efficient and timely manner, but also collaboratively in a diverse team environment. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and tact. - Ability to travel to target areas / provinces/ districts.
