Description Administrate correspondence n, manage incoming calls & prioritizes phone messages and mails.
 Maintain high degree of confidentiality.
 Follow up operations assigned to the department managers.
 Organize office operations & procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office.
 Responsible for the coordination of drivers, messengers & other admin clerks.
 Supervise & control all expats, visas, housing, vehicle, school, travels � ETC
 Manage, prepare branch manager meetings, appointments, travels, agenda and filling.
 Attend management meeting or other meetings, as requested, also record minutes of meetings.
 Prepares all necessary documents for Departmental reports.

Qualifications Very organization skills, very good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), committed. Team Player , multi-task duties in a cooperative team. Creative , easy to compact with any software. Dynamic and professional approach to my work. Polite attitude even in pressure actions. Keep confidentiality & straight forward relationship with the staff. Attention to details & high level of accuracy.
