Description - Inspect landscaped areas, city trees and project sites to identify repair needs, recommend corrective action, resolve work problems, evaluate work progress and identify additional needs
- Evaluate work requests and schedule materials, equipment and personnel to complete the job assignment.
- Investigate and respond to inquiries and complaints regarding landscape issues.
- Sets plan for maintenance program activities and evaluate subcontractors.
- Maintains records of all work activity for landscape maintenance, works productively, to complete projects, set production standards.
- Maintains proper inventory of materials, equipment and other supplies are on hand to complete production activities.
- Prepare site plans, specifications, or cost estimates for land development.
- Develop marketing materials, proposals, to generate new work opportunities.
- Manage the work completed by subcontractors to ensure quality control.
- Create landscapes that minimize water consumption such as by incorporating drought-resistant grasses or indigenous plants.
- Research latest products, technology, or design trends to stay current in the field.
- Develop planting plans for clients to assist them to achieve particular aesthetic effects.
Qualifications Bachelor of Agriculture Engineering. Experience in landscaping hotels, Residential Compounds.
