Qualifications 1- Faculty of engineering or computer science 2- 2- 3 years experience in the same position 3- Excellent in MS office program; Visio and project 4- Excellent in HW dell ; HP and MS windows operating system all versions 5- Familiar with Mac and IOS 6- Good knowledge in Network and wireless 7- Familiar with MS environment AD DNS ,..etc 8- Excellent in mobile devices Samsung ; IPhone ..etc 9- Familiar with IP Telephony, video conference,..etc 10- Familiar with ticketing system 10- Good commend in English 11- Hard worker and committed
