Description Promote and sell club memberships and services to potential and assigned customers through effective communication, follow up with current leads and the expansion of customer database during events to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin and increase market share.
 - Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
 - Gather contacts of club visitors from the operation team.
 - Communicate and follow up with assigned leads through tele-sales calls
 - Perform facility tours for the potential customers and explain key services, features and/ or products
 - Communicate the interview schedule to potential customers.
 - Follow up on opportunities until the payment status of subscribers.
 - Complete all documentation and process requirements for customers requesting a bank loan, from contract signatures, approvals, follow up on required documents to scheduling the actual loan appointment at the bank.
 - Respond to customer inquiries on different channels (Calls, Facebook, Emails)
 - Keep up to date with operation calendar
 - During events run surveys to collect potential customer contacts and assist in improving services and product quality.
 - Identify and transfer client suggestions, concerns and complaints to the relevant management
 - Help foster an environment to delight the customers
 - Keep aware of market developments and competitors activities
 - Participate in events, exhibitions and outdoor sales kiosks.

Qualifications Bachelor Degree 0-2 Years of experience Fluent English/ French

Compensations Attractive basic salary + variable based on target achievement Total compensation from 8000 - 9000 EGP
