Description To work in the installation, commissioning & startup of the mirror line.
Responsible for mirror line infra structure installation ( water network , automatic Firefighting network, waste water network, compressed air, HVAC ,..
Responsibilities
1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the mirror line project.
2. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
3. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnels performance) and report regularly on project status
4. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
5. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
6. Prepare the design basis for the pipeline design and interface with the relative process and structures and installation.
7. Prepare the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing.
8. Prepare all installation and selection documents for all utility equipments.
9. Check the results of works carried out by sub-contractors.
10. Assist with the selection of methods and perform/review installation design analysis for the pipeline system.
11. Verify and act upon the remarks of the Client
12. Assist the pipeline lead or the project engineering manager for solving technical problems arising during project development and for interfacing/supporting the procurement department
13. Perform/verify all discipline analyses and calculation notes required to design the pipelines system, including the engineering activities of third parties/sub-contractors.
14. Develop new methods to recommend improvements to all activities of piping section
15. Inspect all utilities equipments and analyze all equipments and ensure adherence to all present technology.
Qualifications 1.B.SC of Mechanical power engineering as well as a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the field of pipeline design, construction and operation. preferable working in a similar industry, in the field of glass, cement, steel, ceramic, etc.. 2.Demonstrate specific knowledge and practice of ASME B31.4 & 8 and applicable pipelines ASME standards, design, construction, operation, pipelines analysis. 3.Good understanding of engineering drawing and Design calculation 4.Good knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD (solid work are preferable) 5.Good experience Pumps , Compressors and pneumatic systems 6.Fluent in written and spoken English, French will be an advantage. 7.Good Communication, Presentation and Team working skills. 8.Experience as a project engineer 9.Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards 10. Project management and supervision skills 11. Decision making ability and leadership skills 12. Time management and organization skills
