Description The Center for Aging and Associated Diseases (CAAD) at Zewail City of Science and Technology announces the opening of a research assistant position in the field of Cancer Biology.
The responsibilities of the selected candidate will include, but not limited to:
- Planning research activities, designing protocols and determining the most appropriate methodology for carrying out and analysis of the experiments.
- Bench works, generating scientific reports, attending meetings and seminars
- Participate in writing grant proposals and research papers
Qualifications Master degree or equivalent. Previous research experience in cancer biology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills - Cell culture techniques. - Immunoblotting and Immune-precipitation. - Molecular biology techniques (RT-PCR and qRT-PCR), and siRNA and shRNA studies. - Immunohisto/cyto-chemistry and imaging studies using fluorescence microscope. - Experience with confocal microscope and flow-cytometry is preferred.
