Description *installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
 *maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the Team Leader, by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures.
 *Data center Maintenance as per team leader
 *Support server and network maintenance
 * Network maintenance as per team leader
 *� talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
 *prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
 *rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
 *conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
 *monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
 *providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
 *troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.


Qualifications IT graduate - Bachelors degree minimum IT networking experience, understand main routing protocols Cisco Routers and switches configuration Windows Servers experience Good communication skills. Ability to listen Good organization, adaptation skills, willing to progress Excellent documentation skills. Sense of service, be customer focused and willing to assist clients. Network testing equipment and its uses.
