Description - Perform the related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the company maintenance program.
- Communicate with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to identify requirements, repairs, offers and keep them informed of progress.
- Manage existing and new maintenance contracts.
- Check system by service tool , analysis parameters for estimating system performance
- Maintaining the system operation with high performance and efficiency to achieve it factory intended life time and maximum operation.
- Diagnose the problems, lead troubleshooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required.
- Identify required spare parts, tools, consumables and achieving cost reduction with high efficiency of the machine.
- Purchase the required spare parts through coordinating with store and warehouse.
- Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works is completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules.
- Supervise and disrepute tasks of technicians during projects to execute the manufacturer specifications and meet the requirements .
- Provide accurate data for the failure rate through identifying the current capability by tracking key line / equipment.
- Periodically report metrics and data for the maintenance works and performance.
Qualifications - Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - Min. 3-5 years of experience in HVAC field - Excellent in Leadership and communication skills
