Description We are looking for a bright marketing specialist to join our team. Youll be an integral part of the development marketing plans to reach our growth targets and boost sales.
 The marketing specialist will be responsible for content development and optimization, events execution and public relations . You will also research customer behaviour and trends to come up with actionable marketing tactics aiming at growing

 Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
 Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
 Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (Social Media, content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

 Develop, plan and implement online marketing strategies to optimize the customer experience, improve customer satisfaction, and generate sales leads.
 Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
 Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans and campaigns for each product or service.
 Align with vendor marketing/campaign strategies while following up with their marketing team abroad

Qualifications 0-2 years of experience as Marketing Specialist Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or any related field Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong project and time management skills A fun entrepreneurial spirit, always generating new ideas Personal dedication to quality standards The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is hard-working, self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced and results-driven work environment
