Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 *Report, respond and resolve issues, customer requests and problems.
 *Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents whenever possible.
 *Identify and resolve issues and problems whenever possible.
 *Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules in regular basis.
 *Perform primarily training to all employees as requested from IT management or user.
 *Test and debug programs according to detailed requirements.

Qualifications *Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline. *Experience From 0-1 years in the same field *Subject matter expert in Oracles EBS HR & Payroll understands back office business functions and process improvements.
